Shipping is to the lower 48 states only.
Shipping days are: Monday-Wednesday.
Once you pick the day in which you wish your gecko is to be shipped out, you MUST be home the following day to receive the gecko(s).
Example: I want to have my gecko shipped Monday. I MUST be home Tuesday to receive my gecko.
All geckos are shipped overnight with FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. Shipping cost is determined by your address zip code. (We will not give shipping quotes or ship out any geckos until we have received your zip code.)
We will NOT ship when temperatures are less than 40 or higher than 80 degrees. Check your temperatures in your area as well, 40-80 degrees applies to your location and SBCG's location. Heat/Cold packs can be used but are an additional fee.
We will never send out any gecko that is unhealthy or acting sick. We are not responsible for any dropped tails during shipping. We are not responsible for any shedding or stuck shed occurring during shipping. Once the animal is shipped, Southern Belle Crested Geckos is NOT responsible for any veterinary bills. It is your responsibility to notify us within 30 minutes of the gecko's arrival that you have received the gecko. Once the gecko is in your possession, you are the owner of that gecko and SBCG's has no responsibilities to that gecko. We are always here for any questions or concerns though! In the case a gecko is dead on arrival, you may be required to send the deceased gecko back to SBCG at your own cost.
Once you have picked out the gecko(s) and any items you would like to purchase, Southern Belle Crested Geckos will send you an Invoice through PayPal or . Once you receive your invoice, pay on that invoice if everything is correct, and as soon as payment is received we will begin the shipping process!
You will be kept up to date on all steps of the shipping process.
